Now that PHP isn’t part of MacOS anymore, I had to decide between using Homebrew or MacPorts. I opted for the latter. It does require sudo, and manually downloading the Xcode Command Line Tools – I guess because I’m still on Monterey – but it allows switching among multiple PHP versions. πŸ’»
